Fried Brie Skillet with Fruit and Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 large brie wheel
- ½ lb. red grapes
- ½ cup strawberries, halved
- ¼ cup almonds and walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 sprigs thyme, destemmed
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon, for garnish
- 1 tbsp. balsamic glaze, for garnish
- 1 whole wheat baguette or crostini, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 350˚F.
- In a 9”x13” baking dish, place the brie, grapes and strawberries to fill the dish.
- Score the top of your brie and drizzle with honey, nuts and thyme.
- Place the dish on the grill and bake until the cheese is melted and gooey, about 10–15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm with baguette slices or crostini.
