Horrible customer service. I purchased my home two years ago and since then I have try to get the gas account transferred from the previous owner to my name. I’ve turned in the paperwork three times and yet it’s still in the previous owners name every time I call, I’m told the person I was dealing with is no longer there.
Juan with Sharp was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. We needed weekend assistance and the answering service as well as the tech (Juan) were a life saver. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing gas service in the Jacksonville area!

There are very few places that go above and beyond these days. I want to tell you that sharp energy is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The gas technicians are super knowledgeable and actually polite! I am so glad I chose them over other local larger scale companies. They have maintained the same great service level in the three years I have used them !
I just started my relationship with Western and I have to say i absolutely love this company and their level of customer service. When I bought my house it was being services by another gas company, I called them and they said they need to charge me a $200 inspection fee on a tank they had been servicing for years. I told them to cancel the account and come get their tank. Western Natural came out and provided me with a quote for service and had it scheduled out. I was also in the process of reno'ing the house and in order to keep the inspection on time and budge Western was able to get out much sooner than they quoted in order to save me time, hassle and money. Jane, Bill and Tom who I have dealt with have all been top notch and very professional! In a world where there are others that do the exact same thing you do, customer service is what sets you apart!
This gas company has provided us excellent service. Even during Irma they were out providing gas to people when their competitors were closed. I really liked this attention to service.
I just had my tank replaced as it was getting old and the guage had stopped working. Chris, the service tech, came out replaced the tank, ran new copper tubing and filled the new tank. I received the credit for the propane in the old tank. Chris was extremely professional and made sure my fireplace was up and running properly before leaving.
