- 1 tsp Flaky sea salt

- Bake the Potatoes – Preheat your oven to 350°F. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and flaky sea salt, then pierce with a fork. Bake until tender and fluffy.
- Cook the Bacon – In a large skillet over high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
