Turn Up the Heat This Fall with Firecracker Ramen

November 2025

When the temperatures start to dip and the evenings call for cozy blankets and comfort food, there’s nothing more satisfying than a warm bowl of ramen. But this isn’t your average weeknight noodle soup — Firecracker Ramen brings bold flavors, spice-forward heat and a creamy broth that packs a punch. It’s the perfect recipe to warm you from the inside out this November.

Inspired by the vibrant flavors of Korean chili paste (gochujang), fresh aromatics and a splash of coconut milk, this recipe hits the sweet spot between comfort and excitement. When prepared with the precision of a propane range, it’s even better! Whether you’re hosting a casual game-day gathering or just need something to shake up your dinner routine, Firecracker Ramen delivers.

  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • 4 cups vegetable stock

  • 1 tbsp finger chilis
